If you read (Isaiah 63:1), you will find that the savior comes from Basra; His beginning is from Basra, and he moves to West. (Matthew 24: 27) and If you compare what has been said about this person (Isaiah 63:1-6) with the attributes of the horseman in (Revelation 19:11-21) you will find that they are the same.

And, according to (Revelation 19:11) he who rides the horse will be called with two Description: (Πιστὸς = trustworthy) and (Ἀληθινός = truthful).
